1. Vow to stop using the words “SO busy”, and start using the single phrase ” very productive”.
2. Giving = powerful. Leave a small note for someone. Chances are, you will receive one in return.
3. Avoidance is like a boomerang. Whatever you’re avoiding…it comes. right. back.
4. You are enough. TRUST where you are, right now. With what you are doing.
5. Vulnerability is beautiful.
6. Our emotions DRIVE our lives, not just our intellect. They’re yours. Neither right nor wrong.
7. LET GO of what no longer serves you.
8. Cinnamon is healing. And, it is delicious with literally everything. Including your blood sugar.
9. Awareness is curative.
10.If you crave sugar, it can mean you are dehydrated….so, DRINK MORE WATER!
