I have worked to share my experiences as a professional athlete & Olympian as platform for change.

My goal is to change the way we work with our mind-body connection. After all, mind-body connection is art. And, we are art.

I have done this by way of a mentoring movement I began with Rebecca Soni named RISE Athletes, where Professional and Olympic Athletes mentor youth athletes from all over the world. This is the art of connection.

I have also done this through sketching and designing. This has been a reflection of my journey with my relationship with my mental and physical bodies, so I began a swimwear line - HUMAN FORM (coming soon, post-lockdown). This is the art of fluidity.
