I often have an inner battle

between expressing and vocalizing

my love for my people

and then trusting that they

“just know it, just get it”

and that actions should

prove to them that I love them

and don’t need to tell them

so which is it?

it is both

at least for me, it is vocalizing and showing

communicating about love languages

so, both.
